Nie wydaje mi się.
Wagabunda Quilich nie jest nowością w świecie SW. Któraś cała książka opowiada o tym, jak Lando wraz ze swoim towarzyszem (pół-człowiek/pół-cyborg? - z Miasta w Chmurach) eksploruje statek widmo. Statek ten okazuje się właśnie Wagabundą Quilich, a co ciekawsze nie jest on wytworem mechanicznym lecz żywą istotą.
Wydaje mi się, że pomysł przeciwstawienia Yuuzhanom takiego właśnie tworu jest jak najbardziej uzasadniony (w końcu jest to wejście na ich własne poletko, na którym do tej pory byli nie pokonani).

A cywilizacja Quilich?
Jak dobrze pamiętam, to odradza się gdzieś w zapomnianym zakątku galaktyki dzięki naszym wspaniałym bohaterom (chyba mają jakiś dług wdzięczności, czyż nie ?) ;)

W sumie to myślę, że możesz mieć rację. Wcześniej też nie zwróciłem uwagi na ten szczegół w chronologii. A jest tam parę odwołań do NEJ, np. na sam koniec w Posłowi jest wspomniany Nom Anor ;) Z drugiej strony to jakby na razie zupełnie nie ruszali elementów z "Trylogii Kryzys Czarnej Floty". W Chronolgii jest dokładnie napisane, że w 21 lat po powstaniu Nowej Republiki zostało jeszcze jakieś 3 lata do roztopienai się lodowców, żeby Quili mogli wyjść na powierzchnię. Więc jeśli to była seria planowana z góry, to możliwe że tak będzie.

A co do Landa, to myślę, że to jest taki fularz, że jak ktoś może pokonać Yuuzhan to tylko on. Ja np. uważam, że zniszczenie drugiej Gwiazdy Śmierci było pewne zaraz po tym jak dowództwo przejoł Calrissian. Może łatwo pakuje się w kłopoty, ale zawsze wychodzi z nich cało.

A jestem ciekaw czy Yuuzhanie będą walczyć z Ewokami i Wookimi? Wiesz coś o tym.
A gdzie pisali o tych Quillich? Piszą tam jeszcze coś co będzie w dalszej części NEJ?
Podobno w Remanecnie ma zginąć Han i Leia. a w Reunionie ma wygasnąć ród Solo. Tylko nie wiadomo, czy Jaina się z kimś hajtnie czy umrze.

obawiam się, że zapomnieli o nich. Choć kto wie.. jeszcze są 2 ksiażki, trzymajmy kciuki. A moze Denning coś o nich wspomni.

Qella
this alien race has a rare, eighteen-pair genetic structure built from six unique building blocks and contained in 62 chromosomes, and communicated via a series of pitch-based transmissions. Their civilization had descended from the earlier Ahra Naffi, but had no children of their own when it was discovered that the two moons which orbited their homeworld of Brath Qella were on a collision course with the planet. The vast majority of the Qella agreed with the evaluation that the moons` impact would cause ecological ruin on their homeworld, while a few were adamant that the threat was being overblown. The ship departed Brath Qella about 120 years before the Galactic Civil War, just after the Old Republic had first discovered their world. The smaller of the two moons of Brath Qella impacted the larger, and the resulting storm of huge pieces of rock virtually destroyed the planet. The Qella who remained on the surface of the planet were killed in the ensuing - and almost instantaneous - ice age. By the time a survey ship could return to the planet, it was deserted. The Teljkon vagabond eventually returned to Brath Qella, shortly after the Battle of N`zoth, and began the laborious process of re-warming Brath Qella and making it habitable again for the Qella.

Brath Qella
this planet was the homeworld of the Qella and their ancestors, the Ahra Naffi. It was known to the Qella as the Homestone, or the Place of Beginning. Orbiting the star N`oka Brath, it has a thick atmosphere, and was located near an asteroid belt. It has two natural satellites. The planet was discovered by the Old Republic`s Third General Survey, some 158 years before the Yevethan Purge. By the time the Third General Survey team was able to return home, identify those worlds worth exploring, and return with an exploration crew, the planet had been almost completely glaciated. The planet`s ecology appeared to have been destroyed when a series of asteroids impacted the surface. Brath Qella was forgotten by the Republic, but was later rediscovered by the Tobek, who named the world Maltha Obex. It remained under Tobek jurisdiction until the New Republic began searching for the Teljkon vagabond. The unusual ship was linked with the Qella due to the ship`s use of the Qella genetic code as a code signal. Kroddok Stopa and Josala Krenn were dispatched from the Obroan Institute to explore the planet for information on the Qella, but were killed in an avalanche before additional help could arrive. The Qella kept an incredible panoramic display of the system aboard the Teljkon vagabond, in a room known as the Reflection of Essential Infinities. The room, it was discovered, was a depiction of the Qella system as it was before it was destroyed. This led to the discovery that one of Brath Qella`s moons had a wildly-elliptic orbit. The Qella recognized that it was bound to impact the other moon at some point, and built the vagabond as an escape vehicle. When the cataclysm did come, the resulting debris from both moons showered Brath Qella with asteroid-sized rocks. The planet`s ecosystem was plunged into a premature ice age, while the Qella fled in the vagabond. When the vagabond eventually returned to Brath Qella - then called Maltha Obex by the Tobek - it began the long process of thawing out the planet and making it habitable for the Qella once again.

W Przewodniku po Chronologii mamy:
Dzięki temu 21 lat po powstaniu NR (czyli 24 po BY) wagabunda wciąż znajduje się na orbicie (...) Całkowite stopnienie tak grubej warstwy lodu potrwa jeszcze jakieś 3 lata (27 po BY). Czyli wynika z tego jasno, że mniej więcej równolegle do podboju Coruscant Qella odżyją!
Natomiast tym, co najbardziej mnie zainterosowało, była wzmianka w ACH1: Próba Bohatera, strona 97:
"Należała do pierwszej grupy osób, które wiele lat wcześniej widziały odmrożonego Qella na planecie Maltha Obex".

Maltha Obex
this is the Tobek name given to the planet Brath Qella. The Tobek discovered the planet some years after the Old Republic`s Third General Survey team found it. The Survey team`s follow-up expedition found the planet glaciated, and it was deemed that Brath Qella wasn`t worth further effort. The planet seemed to disappear from Republic records, and was forgotten during the reign of Emperor Palpatine. The Tobek took control of the planet, and renamed it Maltha Obex, the name that appeared in the New Republic`s database when Kroddok Stopa was dispatched to find Brath Qella. The intense hunt for information about the Qella led to the discovery that the planet originally had two moons. The orbit of one moon decayed, and it collided with the other. The resulting destruction caused both moons to crash into Brath Qella, plunging the world into an ice age. The natives of the planet - known as Qella - fled the world until such time as it recovered from the disaster, when they could return and repopulate it.

Wynika z tego czarno na białym, że Qella już są odmrożeni!
Tak na marginesie....trylogia Denninga....może to oni tam....?
